The partners of the firm have experience advising companies on M&A, Capital Markets and Private equity. The firm advises Companies raising capital on drafting terms sheets, share purchase agreements, share holders agreements and participates in the negotiations. One of the partners in the firm was the Counsel for the Official Receiver for Central Government of India for several years and handled mergers, acquisitions, amalgamation, prosecutions for misfeasance and malfeasance, plans for reduction of capital of the company among others.

Actively involved and worked closely with Underwriters, Overseas Lead Counsel, Merchant bankers and Financial consultants for several IPOs.
