Enrolled in 1988 as a lawyer, Mr. Raviprasad has nearly 4 decades of extensive experience in real estate transactions, commercial and corporate matters, joint ventures, employment matters, corporate litigation, estate planning and succession, bankruptcy & insolvency, and amalgamations. His client profile is diverse and is spread over various industry verticals including technology, construction and infrastructure, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and ITES among others. He handles litigation matters before the high courts, civil courts, tribunals, the NCLT and Arbitrators for a diverse set of clients. He also works closely with real estate developers, groups, sponsors, corporates groups, landowners, and individuals, to structure real estate transactions and resolve issues.

Mr. Raviprasad has worn several hats in his long career, including being a member of the Government of India’s Bankruptcy Law Reforms Committee which deliberated, drafted and presented the Draft Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 bill and the same is now Insolvency & Bankruptcy Act, 2013. He was also engaged by the IRP to settle claims of creditors in the Deccan Chronicle Holdings Limited matter, and was appointed by the Hon’ble Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Telangana and A.P. as the Advocate on Record for representing cases of judiciary in the Hon’ble High Court. He was also counsel to the committee appointed by the High Court in a Public Interest Litigation in relation to the Agri-Gold matter for refund of depositors’ amounts of over INR 7,000 Crores. (approx. USD $1billion at the time). He was appointed by yhe Hon'ble Chief Justice as council to assist the High Court appointed Administrative Committee in the Hyderabad Cricket Association Public Interest Litigation.
