Sundari R. Pisupati is a seasoned dual-qualified attorney (New York and India) with over 30 years of experience across India and the U.S. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, commercial litigation, and corporate governance matters.
Her representative clients include The Hackett Group, Pravesha Industries, Accolite Digital, DMR-Syniti, Aurobindo Pharma, IFFCO, SRI Capital, and 3One4 Capital.
Sundari is an alumna of National Law School of India University, Bangalore (1993) and Columbia Law School (1998), and is recognized by Chambers and Partners, and Legal 500, among others. Sundari has also featured in the Forbes Legal Powerlist and Asian Legal Business for her leadership in corporate and commercial law.

Raviprasad enrolled as an advocate in 1988 and brings nearly four decades of expertise in real estate transactions, corporate and commercial matters, joint ventures, employment law, estate planning, succession, bankruptcy and insolvency, amalgamations, and high-stakes litigation. He appears before the various high courts, civil courts, tribunals, the NCLT, and in arbitration matters.
Representative clients include Brookfield Asset Management, HCL Infosystems, ITC and Gati.

Kamesh Vedula is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Telangana, with deep experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He advises and represents corporates across high courts, civil and labour courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities, and the NCLT in matters spanning writ petitions, arbitration, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, debt recovery, company petitions, employment disputes, tax and enforcement cases, and consumer claims.

His representative matters include structuring cross-border financings for startups, advising on multi-million$ cross-border investments, structuring growth-capital raises for life-sciences firms, and advising on slump sale acquisitions, among others.
