He has extensive experience in handling assignments on internal restructuring, inbound and outbound investments structuring, foreign exchange management, transaction structuring, fund structuring, trust structures, business consolidations, joint venture structuring, overseas business trust structures, regulatory advisory, among others. He regularly advises clients on tax & legal due diligence matters, transaction advisory, legal documentation review, negotiation, and transaction closure. He has worked extensively with startups as well as multinational foreign and domestic clients across sectors such as real estate, e-commerce, artificial intelligence, FMCG, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, clinical research organizations, information technology/ IT enabled services, among others.
