Sundari has over 32 years of experience as a lawyer both in India and the U.S. She has handled a variety of large and complex M&A transactions, private equity investments, venture capital financings, joint ventures, cross border transactions, commercial litigation, among others. She continues to represent a wide spectrum of domestic and International clients on a regular basis. She is a licensed attorney in India and New York.

She advises companies in various industry verticals such as information technology, financial services, infrastructure, biotechnology, healthcare, e-commerce, and pharmaceuticals among others. Her clientele include domestic and international corporates, venture funds, private equity funds, alternative investment funds, high net worth individuals, among others, whom she provides transactional and litigation representation.

She was previously an attorney with Sidley Austin’s Corporate and Securities group in its New York office. She is regularly invited to national and international events to speak on various topics of current legal interest.
