Overview
We have an extensive Insolvency & Bankruptcy practice offering comprehensive services that span the full spectrum of insolvency and bankruptcy matters. We represent creditors, debtors, resolution professionals, investors, companies and other stakeholders, guiding them through complex, time-sensitive processes across all sectors of the Indian economy.
Our Partner Mr. P. Raviprasad played an instrumental role as a member of the Bankruptcy Law Reforms Committee, Government of India, in conceptualizing and recommending the statutory and regulatory framework which led to the enactment of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016. We draw from his extensive experience of working on winding-up and liquidation matters of several large corporates and group structures when he was the Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator for the High Court for the State of Andhra Pradesh.
Our firm provides legal advisory and end-to-end support by providing tailored strategy on distressed asset acquisition, debt restructuring, refinancing, and risk mitigation throughout every stage of the insolvency process. We also conduct in-depth due diligence to identify and manage liabilities and ensure compliance with the IBC’s evolving regulatory environment. From pre-insolvency strategy to litigation, restructuring, and liquidation, our practice is built to deliver commercial and legal solutions at every step and empower clients to navigate the evolving landscape of Indian insolvency law, maximize recoveries, and achieve successful outcomes in even the most challenging scenarios
